  • If the reservation is cancelled up to 20 days after the confirmation: No charge. Total refund
  • If the reservation is cancelled between 20 and 10 days of arrival: 50% is not refundable.
  • If the reservation is cancelled inside 10 days of arrival: 100% is not refundable.
  • No-Show: 100% is not refundable.
  • Same rules apply to modifications.


New Year's Eve, Carnival, Champions Parade and Holy Week Package Cancellations: Amounts are not refundable or transferable to another person.

- After 1:00 pm, 50% of the daily rate will be charged.
