- More than 15 days to the check-in: 100% refund.
- Less than 15 days to the check-in: 75% refund.

From December 29th to February 29th (excluding New Year's and Carnival Package):

- More than 15 days to the check-in: 100% refund.
- Less than 15 days to the check-in: 50% refund.

Holy Week, New Year's, Champions Parade and Carnival Package:

- More than 15 days to the check-in: 75% refund.
- Less than 15 days to the check-in: no refund.

No-show: Same as "less than 15 days to the check-in" of each period is applied.

Late check-out policy:

- Upon request and depending on availability.
