- More than 5 days to the check-in: 100% refund.
- Less than 5 days to the check-in: 75% refund.

From December 29th to March 31th (excluding New Year's, Carnival and other holidays):

- More than 7 days to the check-in: 100% refund.
- Less than 7 days to the check-in: 50% refund.

No-show: Same as "less than 16 days to the check-in" of each period is applied.

New Year's Eve, Holy Week, Carnival and Champions Parade Packages Cancellation: Amounts are not refundable or transferable to another person.

Other disclosures:
New Year's Eve package requires a minimum of 4 nights from 28/12/09 to 04/01/10.
Carnival package requires a minimum of 5 nights from 12/02/09 to 17/02/10.
Champions Parade package requires a minimum of 2 nights from 18/02/09 to 21/02/10.
