Pickup info:

Guests will be received at the exit of the arrival gate by a bilingual, licensed guide bearing a signboard with the (guest's) name.

Guests are requested to provide information on the Airline, Flight Number, Arrival Time, Number of luggage items and the name of the hotel/destination address in Rio de Janeiro.

The special request field may be used at the time of booking for communicating this information.

For the Schooner Tour:  Transport is not provided. Guests must go direct to the docks at the end of Rua das Pedras.


Notes:

Shuttle service is provided only for morning flights.

Children policy

Children up to 4 years of age, travelling on parents' lap will be allowed to participate free of charge. Children older than 4 must travel on a separate seat and will be charged the same rate as for an adult.
